How the solution meets the brief
The identity expresses ritual and magic through atmosphere and light rather than clichés. Feathers were used as a subtle symbol of transition, individuality and alignment. A minimal landing and tactile materials extended the experience into a clear, elegant and memorable ceremony.
Team T-shirts & Pin
A neutral base t-shirt was created to be reused across multiple WWS events.
For La Cerimonia, the event-specific pin was added:
– Branding the team for the day
– Creating a collectible object for participants
– Allowing the event identity to live beyond the ceremony itself
This system keeps production grounded while adding meaning through modular elements.

Physical Experience
Tickets
The physical ticket was designed as a souvenir, not just an access object.
A detachable section reads “Open the portal within”, reinforcing the idea of the event as a tangible moment of transition and inner passage.
Layout & composition
The landing page was intentionally simple and focused. Its primary goal was direct ticket purchase and lead capture, without unnecessary narrative layers.
The design supports fast comprehension while maintaining the emotional tone of the event, acting as an entry point rather than a full explanation of the experience.
Color palette
The palette was developed directly from the generated imagery to maintain cohesion across all assets:
– Deep blue as the base, creating depth and intimacy
– Turquoise as light, symbolising energy, presence and subtle magic
– Salmon as a warm accent, bringing humanity, nature and softness into the system

Concept & Creative Direction
The concept of La Cerimonia is built around the idea of crossing cycles.
A liminal moment between what is closing and what is yet to begin.
Magic is expressed through light interacting with darkness, creating depth and presence rather than decoration.
A deep blue background sets the stage, allowing light to become the central expressive element.
Symbolism: The Feather
Feathers carry strong symbolic weight in shamanic traditions.
They are often associated with connection between realms, communication with the invisible, and the ability to move between worlds with lightness and awareness.
Rather than using feathers in a literal or folkloric way, they were reinterpreted visually to remain contemporary and refined.
Multiple feathers, each different, overlap within the composition.
They represent the individuality of each participant present at the ceremony.
Their organised, symmetrical arrangement reflects alignment, collective presence and celebration — a visual metaphor for individuality held within shared ritual space.
The result is symbolic without becoming performative or theatrical.

Briefing
Key requirements
Shamanic line while remaining elegant,
grounded and aligned with the
Working With Satya aesthetic.
Audience
An adult audience, connected or not to the WWS ecosystem, open to ritual and symbolism.
Objective
Visual identity for a one-day event that communicates transition, closure and celebration.
Creative Direction · Brand & Digital Design
La Cerimonia is a one-day end-of-year event created as a moment of passage. A contemporary ritual designed to mark closure, transition and celebration, while maintaining the refined and elegant visual language of Working With Satya.
The challenge was to explore a shamanic line without falling into cliché, spectacle or over-symbolism. Magic is present, but subtly — through light, movement, depth and symbolism.
